Hi! I am Mimi Szeto, a self-driven comic artist, illustrator and art teacher.

I debuted on webtoon platform ‘Comico’ as a commercial comic artist in 2017 with my work Dream talk and regularly publishes artworks, digitaldrawing tutorials and creative journey on social media, namely RabbitEars Comic series, Why Mindset is So Important to Painting, etc.

In 2022, my original comic A little Step won the bronze award in HK Comics Support Programme and represent Hong Kong to participate in Angoulême International Comics Festival 2023.

I am currently focusing on completing my comic series《一步的距離》and teaching digital art both online and offline.

92年出生，自小在母親經營的畫室長大，深受藝術薰陶，
小學接觸動漫畫後深受日本動漫文化影響，中學階段開始自學數碼繪圖。

2014年畢業於伯明翰城市大學視覺傳達(插畫系)，2017年開始商業漫畫創作，以條漫《夢語》在Comico條漫平臺出道。2019年起持續於社交媒體發佈作品、電繪教學和創作心路歷程，包括《兔耳漫畫》系列、《爲何心態對畫畫如此重要》等。期間亦一直參與不同類型的藝術工作，包括圖書插畫、漫畫連載、廣告storyboard繪製等，亦恆常於各中小學興趣班教授手繪電繪技巧。

2022年以香港校園為背景的原創漫畫《一步的距離》奪得港漫動力銅獎，並代表香港參與2023年安古蘭漫畫節。
